What these platforms include
For a nonprofit or institution, the website is where supporters give, volunteers sign up, and members register. Projects can include:
- A donation and payment gateway, including custom donation pages.
- Volunteer systems organized by multiple categories.
- Product donations alongside financial donations.
- Registration, review, and award workflows for competitions and programs.
- Blog, news, and event management for editors who are not developers.
- Migration from the previous website, with SEO and AEO foundations.
Connected to the systems you already use
Payments, donations, and registrations are connected to the organization's existing systems when those systems provide a workable integration path. For TerraOlivo IOOC, the platform keeps website data and Airtable in continuous two-way sync, so the team works in the tools it already knows.
Webstack works with sensitive audiences carefully and publishes only approved facts.

- ZAKA: a donation and payment gateway, a volunteer system organized by multiple categories, product donations, blog and news management, and migration from the previous website.
- TerraOlivo IOOC: a public website and end-to-end competition platform covering registration, tasting workflows, and award presentation. Registrations increased by 47% and registered samples by 60%.
- EIT Global Outreach: a main website and four regional mini-sites supporting recurring events and connections between European startups and international markets.

Questions
Can the donation page be custom instead of a plugin?
Yes. The ZAKA project included a custom donation page and payment gateway, built as part of a wider custom website that also covers volunteers, product donations, and news.
Can volunteers or participants register on the website?
Yes. ZAKA's volunteer system is organized by multiple categories. TerraOlivo's platform covers registration and tasting workflows, synchronized with Airtable in both directions.
Can our staff publish news and content without a developer?
That is a design goal on every project. ZAKA includes blog and news management, and the CMS and permissions are chosen around the people who will edit the site.
What does a competition or awards platform involve?
For TerraOlivo IOOC, Webstack handled strategy, design, and development of the awards portal, competition management system, and key integrations, from registration through tasting workflows to award presentation.
