Information we collect

When you contact Webstack, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, organization, and project details. We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as an IP address and request metadata. Vercel provides an approximate country code derived from the request IP address so the site can select the appropriate tracking consent experience; the browser receives only whether explicit consent is required.

The website does not currently provide user accounts, social login, payments, or public content uploads.

How we use information

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, prepare proposals, maintain business correspondence, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where optional tracking is active, we also measure site usage, campaign performance, and successful lead events. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and advertising technologies

The site uses Google Tag Manager to operate Google Analytics and advertising measurement, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, and the Meta Pixel. These services may use cookies, pixels, browser identifiers, IP-derived location, page URLs, referrer information, and interaction events to measure visits and conversions, attribute campaigns, create advertising audiences, and support retargeting.

Webstack's own conversion event does not place contact-form values in Google Tag Manager; it records only a generic lead event, form name, and page location. The Meta Pixel currently uses Meta's automatic matching and inferred-event features, which may process contact identifiers entered on the site, such as a name, email address, or phone number, to match events with Meta accounts. Meta describes this matching data as normalized and hashed before transmission. These optional features run only when tracking is active under the regional controls described below.

Visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Quebec must accept before these optional tags load. Elsewhere they may load automatically with a notice and opt-out control. A saved explicit refusal is respected in all locations. Geo-IP classification is approximate, so the site fails closed and asks for consent when a location cannot be determined.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel. Contact submissions are forwarded through an automation provider to Webstack's internal business workflow so we can review and respond to enquiries. These providers process limited data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. Google, LinkedIn, and Meta may process optional measurement and advertising data as described above, subject to their own terms and privacy controls.

Vendor information and international processing

These providers may process information in countries outside your own, including the United States, using the safeguards described in their policies. See the Google Privacy Policy, LinkedIn Privacy Policy, and Meta Privacy Policy.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary for business communication, record keeping, and legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain uses of your personal information. You can withdraw or change optional-tracking permission through the Cookie Policy page. To make another request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
